  • All delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are intended as general guidance based on standard service levels.
  • Delivery timeframes are based on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday, or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a bank holiday.
  • Royal Mail will take longer to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands with the following postcodes taking 2 days: AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH50. The following postcodes will take 2-4 days according to their estimates: HS1-HS9, KW15-KW17 and ZE1-ZE3.

How It Works
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please bring this email with you when collecting your order to ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Returns Policy 

All returns are accepted at the discretion of Organic Colour Systems. To request a return, please contact the Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving the order via: hello@herbuk.com.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please do not dispose of the original item until the complaint has been reported to us.

If you receive Return Authorisation after contacting the Customer Service team, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Credit notes and shipping charges are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once your return has been approved, please send your item(s) to the address provided by the Customer Care team. For high-value returns, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service. Herb UK does not accept any liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

    Exchanges

    If you have ordered an incorrect item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
