Terri brings over 32 years of hairdressing experience to her work, specialising in creating custom colour without ever compromising on hair health. Her salon, The Zen Den, opened its doors in April 2024 as a tranquil retreat for hair and beauty — a space that reflects her passion for bespoke colour and her commitment to a gentler approach to hairdressing.Terri describes her philosophy simply: “I’m obsessed with beautiful hair — without the harsh stuff. I mix science, creativity and a good dose of calm at The Zen Den, my eco-conscious salon space where every colour is bespoke, and every client feels seen.”
As a proud Wella Colour Master, Terri has shaped The Zen Den around both expertise and ethics. That approach naturally led her to Organic Colour Systems. "Organic Colour Systems is so versatile,” she explains. “I love creating bespoke colours, using my expertise instead of pre-made tubes — it’s fulfilling, and I stand by its environmentally-friendly values.”
The Zen Den is also a family-run space, with Terri’s sister-in-law Amy offering expert nail and brow services and supporting on the hair side. Every detail — from the peaceful atmosphere to the carefully chosen products — is designed to give clients a relaxing, revitalising experience.
